All services will be outlined in a service agreement that details the scope of work, expected deliverables, timelines, and pricing. Clients are encouraged to review and approve the service agreement before commencement.

CLIENT CONFIDENTIALITY

Client confidentiality is a top priority at Pioneer Virtual Assistants. We understand the sensitive nature of the information we handle, and we take all necessary precautions to ensure that your data remains secure. All information shared with us will be kept confidential and used solely for the purposes of providing the agreed-upon services.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payments for services will be made in accordance with the agreed-upon terms outlined in the service agreement. We accept a variety of payment methods, and all invoices must be paid within the specified time frame. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

We understand that schedules can change. Should you need to cancel or reschedule a service, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made without sufficient notice may incur a fee, as specified in the service agreement.

TERMINATION OF SERVICES

Either party may terminate the services at any time, with or without cause, upon providing written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments for services rendered will be due immediately.

We are committed to providing high-quality services that meet or exceed our clients' expectations. If you are not satisfied with the work provided, please let us know, and we will work with you to resolve any issues promptly.

CHANGES TO POLICY

Pioneer Virtual Assistants reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Any changes to the policy will be communicated to clients in advance. Continued use of our services after policy updates will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
